A deposit of 50% is payable on our confirmation of the booking The balance is due 8 weeks prior to the start of a holiday. The deposit less a £20 handling fee is returnable in the event of cancellation if the accommodation is re-let. Rhidorroch Estate reserves the right to claim the balance of the rent due if 8 weeks notice of cancellation is not given. We advise you to take out a cancellation insurance policy to cover this eventuality.

In the event of Rhidorroch cancelling the booking, the estate's liability arising out of the cancellation of the booking for any reason whatsoever will be restricted to reimbursement of the monies paid to Rhidorroch to date or the cost of the accommodation booked, whichever is the lesser, unless specifically stated otherwise.

The estate cannot accept liability for personal injury or illness or loss or damage to luggage or other belongings or for any delay, inconvenience or other loss. A proper respect for the nature of the terrain and facilities and the vagaries of the Scottish weather must be accepted.

Period of Let
Glastullich cottage and Cadubh cottage are let from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10:30 am.
The let is for a holiday period only. No sub-letting is allowed.

Consideration
The weekly rental @ POA.

Accommodation
The cottages are each let for 6 persons
Bedding All beds have duvets, under blankets and pillows and linen is provided.
Please bring your own swimming towels.
Cots are available on request at a charge of £8 per week. Linen for cots is not available.
Gas Gas cylinders are supplied and included in the rental price for Glastullich and Cadubh cottages

Dogs Up to 2 dogs per cottage are welcome on the understanding that they are fully house trained and kept under control at all times as the estate is a working farm with sheep and Highland cattle. There is no extra charge for dogs but pets must not sleep on the furniture and all dog hairs should be removed before departure.

On Departure
During their stay, tenants are asked to treat all fabrics and furniture with care. Guests undertake to leave the accommodation clean and in good order and the kitchen as they found it. Any damage to the cottage or its equipment or fabrics should be reported to the estate office and the relevant settlement made prior to departure.
