A deposit of 30% is payable on our confirmation of the booking The balance is due 8 weeks prior to the start of a holiday. The deposit less a £20 handling fee is returnable in the event of cancellation if the accommodation is re-let. Rhidorroch Estate reserves the right to claim the balance of the rent due if 8 weeks notice of cancellation is not given. We advise you to take out a cancellation insurance policy to cover this eventuality.

In the event of Rhidorroch cancelling the booking, the estate's liability arising out of the cancellation of the booking for any reason whatsoever will be restricted to reimbursement of the monies paid to Rhidorroch to date or the cost of the sport and accommodation booked, whichever is the lesser, unless specifically stated otherwise.

Insurance
The estate cannot accept liability for personal injury or illness or loss or damage to luggage or other belongings or for any delay, inconvenience or other loss. A proper respect for the nature of the terrain and facilities and the vagaries of the Scottish weather must be accepted. You and your party will be solely responsible for your and their personal safety and without prejudice to that generality any equipment that is used is entirely at the risk of the sportsmen using it.

You will be required to have Third Party Insurance for a minimum of £2,000,000 (two million pounds sterling) for you and any member of your party.

Sport

Stalking
All beasts shot will remain the property of the estate, unless otherwise agreed.
All shooting tenants with rifles must be in possession of a current valid Firearms Certificate. The stalker's rifle may be used by the tenant.
All rifles to be zeroed under the supervision of the estate stalker before commencement of stalking.
No person may shoot until he has satisfied the stalker as to the accuracy of his rifle.
All tenants are responsible for the security of their weapons during their stay.

Gratuities
The tipping of keepering staff and domestic staff is a traditional part of British shooting etiquette and is strictly personal between the sportsman and staff. We will gladly advise on appropriate rates.

Period of Let
The house is let from Saturday 4:30 pm to Saturday 10:30 am

Consideration
The weekly rental @ POA

Accommodation
The lodge is let for 14 persons. Please note that is the maximum number of people allowed in the house at any one time.
Linen is provided. Please bring your own swimming towels.
The tenant undertakes to vacate the property at the end of the let.

Dogs: Guests are asked to keep dogs in their cars or in the kennels provided.

On Departure
During their stay, tenants are asked to treat all fabrics and furniture with care. Guests undertake to leave the accommodation in good order and the kitchen as they found it. Any damage to the house or its equipment or fabrics should be reported and the relevant settlement made prior to departure.
